Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
